Honestly, I didn’t set out to be a wedding photographer. I graduated from the Art Institute of Philadelphia in 2002 and immediately took a job with an action sports magazine. I was fortunate enough to get to travel around the world shooting surfing and snowboarding. As I got to the age when many of my friends were getting married, a few of them asked if I’d be interested in shooting their weddings and I obliged. It was something I really enjoyed doing and after shooting their friends and friends of friends I realized it was something I’d like to pursue.

Having been recently married myself(my wife and I got married on the Outer Banks of North Carolina during a three day rain storm), I understand how important a wedding is to everyone involved. There is so much anticipation for the big day, it needs to be captured to be remembered. I work as hard as I can to make sure we make great photographs of your day. You’ll receive my full attention and skills that have been honed successfully shooting editorial and advertising photography, and designing books and magazines. I make sure all our encounters from first contact to delivery of the final product goes as smooth as possible with open and frequent communication. Any questions you have are answered in a timely manner – so don’t hesitate to ask! I’ll look forward to hearing from you.
